There are fun weddings, then there are FUN weddings. This one was FUN...LOTS of it. As a Freehold Wedding Photographer, it's my prerogative to make sure the day gets captured correctly. Well this day featured not only loads of fun and excitement, it also featured a TON of emotion. The love these two have for each other is impossible to miss. I loved working with Andrea and Jonathan as well as their family and friends. Jonathan got ready at their home in Red Bank while Andrea got ready at the Radisson which is where the Crystal Ballroom is located. As a Freehold Wedding Photographer, the Crystal Ballroom is a venue I have photographed in before. Great staff and yummy food! The ceremony and reception both took place at the Crystal Ballroom as well. Now for more about these two crazy kids, here is a blurb from the bride:

"It was March 11, 2008. Jon and I met randomly when he, and his best friend were on a road trip from NJ. Their plans to stop in FL. were halted when there was a horrible storm. His best friend decided to hit up my best friend, after he met her from the past spring break the year prior. She of course dragged me out that night, and after Jon and I met, it was history. We were in a long distance relationship for a year in a half. I decided to make the big move from KY to NJ, because I knew he was the one. Fast-forward 6 years later, through our roller-coaster relationship. Jon decided to pop the question February 14, 2014. We were having a low key valentine's dinner at our friends house. And, he surprised me by writing, "Will you marry me?" in the snow. I was unable to think, I was in such a state of shock, I kept saying are you serious? I of course said YES with a huge bear hug as I tackled him to the ground. The wedding planning was so stressful the next few years. We looked at so many venues, photographers, wedding shows, etc.; we had so many different ideas. We chose Joseph Delgado as our photographer, and had an amazing engagement shoot at Liberty State Park in Jersey City. We knew he'd be awesome on our wedding day as well. Too many venues to choose from, we finally settled for 6-26-16 at the crystal ballroom in Freehold, NJ. We liked that the price wasn't overkill, and that there was a hotel attached for anyone needing to stay. We were blessed with a gorgeous, warm, sunny day, and had an amazing time with family, and friends. Joseph Delgado and his team made the experience even better. He really captured our amazing moments, the beauty, the fun, and the love we have with each other, and those who surround us in our lives together. We couldn't be more thankful, and blessed."
