Melyssa and Matt’s wedding was one that I’ve been looking forward to for a while now.  When I first met these two, I knew we would mesh.    They both got ready at a hotel 15 minutes away before heading to The Mill in Spring Lake.  Of all Jersey Shore Wedding Venues I have photographed in, this is one of my favorites for sure. Weddings at the The Mill are always fun for me to photograph.  The views are beautiful and the staff is top notch.  This is probably why they chose to have their ceremony there as well.  This wedding's timeline was a bit tight being that they did not do a first look AND both ceremony and reception happened at The Mill.  When I photograph weddings like this, I typically just roll with the punches and do the best job I possibly can in the time allotted.  When you have great couples like Matt and Melyssa, it becomes much easier.   We managed to get some beautiful photos of the bride and groom relatively quickly, although I did feel they would benefit greatly from some stunning night shots which were we able to capture.  The party was an absolute blast including some emotional toasts and crazy dancing!  Melyssa and Matt were great to work with, and I was honored to be there on their special day.  When it was all said and done, Melyssa and Matt are married…and thats all that matters.  Enjoy the photos everyone!
