Melissa and John's wedding was short and sweet for me.  We met them right before their first look.  As long branch wedding photographers , beach weddings are pretty common.  They had their first look on the boardwalk right by Rooney's which is where they had their reception.  As Long Branch wedding photographers this wedding was as good as they come. Here's a little blurb about these two newlyweds:

John and I met on our freshman year of high school. We were great friends throughout the years in school and never knew how one another truly felt for the other. After high school we went our separate ways. We always carried immense love in our hearts for one another and thought of one another constantly. It took alot of courage and a bit of destiny that John found me again and we reunited alittle over 10 years later. Once we reconnected and talked  we were finally able to relay our true feelings for one another and began dating in early 2017. Later that fall after an amazing year together John proposed to me on the jumbotron at Madison Square garden. We began our talks of what kind of wedding we wanted to have and began planning after the holidays of that year. We decided on a small low key fall beach wedding with close friends and family. We wanted our day to be special and intimate with everyone we loved involved. On October 20th after 2 years together and a lifetime of love for one another we said "I do" on the most beautiful fall day on the beach."
