Pleasantdale Chateau Wedding

Elizabeth and Eric’s wedding was stunning.  A Pleasantdale Chateau Wedding usually is, and this one was amazing.  Elizabeth got ready at her parent’s home which had a cool lounge room for building residents.  This room was great for details and bridal portraits.  On this day the snow was coming down, which blended in well with the beautiful Bentley she rented.  The ceremony took place at the beautiful St. Henry’s Roman Catholic Church in Bayonne, NJ.  After the ceremony we headed to the venue.  This Pleasantdale Chateau wedding became an evening affair.  By the time we got to the venue, daylight was gone.  We didn’t let that stop us from creating awesome portraits.   When photographing a Pleasantdale Chateau wedding, it’s nice to know we have so many great places to shoot inside the venue.  The pool is legendary and the grounds are gorgeous.   This wedding reception even featured a belly dancer!  IN any event, here is a quick blurb from the bride about these two newlyweds:

“Eric and I met at the Garden State Plaza mall. He was working there part time while going to school, and I was there shopping. We met in a frozen yogurt shop when Eric offered to buy me my frozen yogurt, and he was so cute that I said yes. We started talking, officially became a couple on July 4th 2013 and have never stopped talking and laughing.

Eric proposed just after midnight on Christmas morning 2015. It was just us and the dog under the tree. He handed me a big box, when I unwrapped it there was another wrapped box inside. He made a Russian Nesting Doll game for me to get to the most important box. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him and I of course said yes. “

Thanks for the insight Elizabeth!  We all had a wonderful time photographing this wedding.  Enjoy the photos everyone!
