Fun engagement session ideas are whats on the mind of many newly engaged NYC women. NYC is full of so many fun places to take engagement photos, but we decided to start near Gracie Mansion at Carl Schurz Park. I drove into the city on a crisp morning and had a few laughs with Michael and Andrea, who's wedding is this coming September. We shot in the park then walked over to this private little street with some beautiful brownstones. It's not too hard to come up with fun engagement session ideas in NYC, with so many choices. I mean, you can shoot at Central Park, Wall street, the meatpacking district, the west village, Upper west side, etc. It's also very easy to find interesting light and composition. The tall skyscrapers can act as shield from the sun, but can also let pockets of light in which can be used very creatively. Not to mention there are one or two good restaurants in the city which I fancy :). Enjoy the photos everyone!
