Galloping Hill Wedding
Photographing a Galloping Hill Wedding has always been amazing. I have had lots of great luck with this venue. Part of that luck has always been not where I am photographing….but who. Lauren and Scott were referred to me by an old friend of mine, which is always appreciated. Referrals are kind of funny because I now have an extra person I do not want to let down. Well I am glad to say that on this day, I did not.
This Galloping Hill wedding was not the first time I photographed Lauren and Scott. I photographed their engagement session last summer, so I already knew they were going to be awesome to work with.
On this day beautiful fall October day, we started photographing the getting ready portion of the day at a nearby hotel. From there we proceeded to head over to the Galloping Hill Golf Course for her final touch ups.
After the getting ready portion of the day was complete, we set the scene for their first look. As with every other Galloping Hill Wedding I have photographed, a first look was the way to go. The first look allowed an ample amount of time for their portraits, bridal party photos and the family formal photographs as well.
Once the majority of the must have photos were completed, the ceremony commenced. Oh my goodness, what an amazing backdrop for the ceremony it was!!! The sun began poking through the clouds making for a celestial sunset. There was plenty of emotion going on here as expected. When it was all said and done, these two were married.
The reception party was amazing. The music was bumpin, the drinks were flowing and the crowd was living it up. We even snuck out to the overpass for some cool night shots. My staff and I had an amazing time photographing this Galloping Hill Wedding with Lauren and Scott. Thank you again for allowing us to photograph your amazing day.
